Departure – Return
Departure in high season on Sunday morning from 9 a.m., after the boat handover and inventory.
Return on Saturday at least at 4 p.m., refuelled, empty of your personal stuff and tidy.
It is requested for our customer to mention any material loss, damages or dysfunction as soon as you return.
Boarding is possible on Friday at 8 p.m. (you will pay the night in the harbour).
Off-season an everyday boarding is possible.
Animals are not allowed on board.
Your responsibility
All the harbour spots (even in Hyères), the fuel, even for the dinghy, are your responsibility. (A non-full tank will be invoiced 3 euros per liter).
Options
Bed: Linen rental for two people per week.
Mandatory fees for the tenant
- Consumables flat rate: 15€ per weekend, 35€ per week
- Compulsory boat cleaning : 100€ per week
Insurance, guarantee and excess
Our boats are all risks coverage, the excess amount is indicated on the contract.
The guarantee is paid while boarding on the boat, it is not boxed during your cruising and will be giving back in 10-days period after the return boat. This one is used to cover the insurance excess, unusual deterioration and boat desertion in another harbour.
Partial reduction of the excess or cancellation insurance is available, for any information or online subscription at www.ouest-assurances.fr/en/
Booking and payment
A pre-pay deposit of 40% is necessary to book.
The online booking settlement is done through Paypal or by post. We do accept settlement by credit card or all common means of payment at the harbour the day of your cruising.
